Good evening, fellow NNO Topeka participant!
My name is Jon Michaels and I am the new Lead Volunteer for NNO Topeka. I have been a participant in NNO the last three years as both a block captain and a dignitary. Our friend, Scott Crider, asked me serve as the Lead Volunteer in 2010. I am excited to continue to be on your team, the NNO Topeka team!
I need your help with the following three items:
* Review the attached NNO Topeka Work Plan.
* Consider joining the NNO Volunteer Committee. The following four positions need enthusiastic volunteers: (1) Programming; (2) Recruiting; (3) Marketing; and (4) Vendor. All positions only entail your attendance at four quarterly NNO meetings, as well as serving as a dignitary on August 7, 2010.
* Attend the NNO Celebration on November 17, 2009. We will have cake and punch to celebrate the very successful 2009 NNO!
Please e-mail me the position you're interested in and why by November 13th. I will then share these submissions with the NNO Advisory Board, before making the selections. We will then announce the new NNO Volunteer Committee at the November 17th celebration.
